On the sales page, you'll see the product, its features, the price, and, if applicable, the access period. The "Buy" button leads to the Stripe checkout. There, you can review and correct your information and the displayed total amount before finalizing your order. The final payment button clearly indicates the obligation to pay. The contract for the offer described therein is concluded upon successful completion of this order process.
You will receive an electronic order confirmation immediately. This confirmation contains or transmits, in a permanently storable format, the order details, the total price, the agreed terms and conditions, and the required consumer information. The access email or download link is separate and may be sent additionally. If you do not receive an expected message, please check your spam folder and contact us.
4. Price and Payment
The decisive factor is the total price displayed before ordering, including all applicable taxes and unavoidable costs. Each course or individual module requires a one-time payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
In the event of failed or unconfirmed payments, no paid course access is guaranteed. Necessary refunds will be processed in accordance with legal regulations and the cancellation policy. Statutory claims for services not rendered or rendered defectively remain unaffected.
5. Provision and access duration
After payment is confirmed, course access will be automatically prepared and the access information will be sent via email. Processing may take a few minutes. A valid email address is required. Access data is for your personal use only and must be protected from unauthorized access.
The twelve-month course period generally begins upon confirmation of payment; the specific expiration date will be communicated to you. If the availability of the service is delayed due to circumstances within our control, your agreed usage period will not be shortened. Access ends without automatic renewal. Your statutory rights in the event of disruptions or non-availability remain unaffected.
6. Technical requirements, AI and work status
You need an up-to-date browser, an internet connection, and suitable PDF reader software. For the AI-powered tasks, you will use your own AI access account, which you choose yourself. Its availability, features, terms and conditions, and any potential costs are separate. A specific paid AI subscription is only required if explicitly stated before purchase.
The specific storage and backup functions are explained in the course. Your work is saved separately for your registered course account in your browser and via the existing course service in Frankfurt. Account assignment is confirmed by the registration process described in the course. The course indicates whether a version has been confirmed by the server. Without a connection, new entries initially remain in the browser. For existing sessions, the previous confirmation process may still apply during the transition. Different versions will not be overwritten automatically; the course will ask for your selection. Logging out online ends the storage session and does not constitute confirmation of deletion. Download a backup regularly and store it securely. Browser cleanup, private sessions, or device loss can delete local data. These instructions do not exclude our responsibility for errors in the provided course functionality.
Do not use confidential information or personal data of third parties in external AI chats without the necessary authorization. Review AI outputs professionally and only use results that you understand and are permitted to use.
7. Usage rights
You receive a simple personal right to use the purchased materials for your learning and work on your own business. You may create your own backups, use the provided export options, and use your own work results for your offers and content. We do not claim any rights to your own information or your own copyrightable work results under these terms.
Publication, distribution, sublicensing, or resale of our complete course materials, assignments, and task collections is prohibited without separate permission. Legally permitted uses remain allowed. Third-party content and AI outputs are subject to their respective rights and terms; exclusive rights to any AI output are not guaranteed.
8. Self-learning and promised performance
This course will support you in analyzing, deciding, and experimenting. No specific revenue, number of inquiries, or financial success is guaranteed. This does not affect your right to the agreed-upon course content or the contractually agreed-upon technical performance. General learning content does not replace personal legal, tax, or other professional advice.
9. Technical problems, defects and updates
If you encounter a problem, please describe the affected function and, if possible, your browser and device. Do not send passwords or complete payment information. We will review your request and restore the required function within the scope of our legal obligations. Your legal rights regarding non-provision or defects, including necessary updates, remain unaffected.

Legally required information and rights remain unaffected by any further changes. Uninterrupted availability or 24/7 support is not guaranteed; however, paid access must still be provided to the agreed extent.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Immediate access or download does not shorten this right. enclosed cancellation policy
11. Data Protection
Information regarding data processing for orders, payments, course accounts, technical inquiries, local work progress, and account storage can be found in the privacy policy accessible on the website. Registering for a course does not automatically subscribe you to the project newsletter or promotional information. A separate, voluntary subscription is required for these.
12. Liability
The statutory liability provisions apply. These course terms and conditions do not limit or eliminate any mandatory liability, warranty, or consumer rights.
13. Choice of law and contract drafting
Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence remain applicable, insofar as they are available to you under the applicable private international law. Mandatory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
The version of the terms and conditions in effect before the conclusion of the contract is authoritative for your order. Subsequent publication of amended terms and conditions does not automatically change your existing contract.
