Your right

You can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day the contract is concluded. Additionally, the electronic "Cancel contract" function is available on our website. After confirming it, you will immediately receive a savable confirmation of receipt containing your declaration and the time of receipt. This function does not replace the other permitted methods of declaration.

What happens next

In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you for this contract immediately, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will generally use the same payment method; any other free payment option is only available with your explicit agreement.

For the self-study course and PDF described here, we do not require any early waiver of this right, and no pro-rata usage fee will be charged if you withdraw within the deadline. Your access to the course will be terminated; you may not continue to use any course materials you have received. Your statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected by any withdrawal.
